Well, you can either try to find out why she "dumped" you and see if there is anything you can do to find out exactly why. Did you cheat on her or vice versa? Maybe you two just weren't meant to be a couple, some people of the opposite sex have a meaningful and very caring relationship simply being close friends without all of the hassles of a "love life" together. Unless you have tried to work the problems out and could come to no answer that would resolve this issue, move on with your life and let her do the same.
There are plenty of women out there who have been dumped and knows the same feeling as you, maybe if you could just get to talk to someone who has had the same problem as you, you may just find not only a good friend with a shoulder to cry on, but one that could count on you. Either way, you can sit and mope or get back out there and if you can't find her, believe me, she will find you. Just be yourself and honest. Good luck and the pain will not last forever, believe me - been there done that about 25 years ago, got together with a friend who listened and we've been married over 20 years, a beautiful daughter and couldn't be happier.
Sometimes, someone is right under your nose (so to speak) and you don't even know it until fireworks explode and you wonder, my God, what in the world was I ever thinking before!

Ouch!!!! Do everything you ever wanted to do but didn't because she didn't like it. See every movie you wanted to see in the last 3 1/2 years but didn't because she didn't want to.
Stay in bed and cry for three days max. No one else has to know.
It will take time to feel any better. Have patience and it will get better. Some of these suggestions I swear by. Other work for others, so I included them here.
Be good to yourself.
Hit the gym.
Hang with the guys. Have them all out for pizza and wings.
Watch action flicks till your eyes bug out.
Rebuild a carburetor.
Plan a road trip.
Host a poker night.
Read books. Other than porn.
Go to concerts with real loud music and no love songs.
Go Karioke. With lots and lots of friends. Sing only rock songs, songs you know well, or love songs VERY, VERY BADLY.
Hang out with your female friends until the wee wee hours of the morning.
Go to all those things that guys LOVE....Wrestling, Female mud wrestling, car racing, sports events, carnivals, etc.
DO NOT write love letters, visit places you went together, or call her friends to ask how she's doing.
Look forward to Hallowe'en and holidays with your family.
Call you Mom and Dad.
Keep in better touch with your siblings.
All the best to you....

I'm sorry you're hurting. Break-ups are never easy, but that's a natural part of dating. You date to find the qualities that you want in a lifetime partner, and unfortunately breakups are inevitable until you find the right girl. Once you love someone, you will continue to love them for a lifetime, but not all loves are good for us and the relationships aren't meant to last a lifetime. Pick yourself up and take care of you, so you will be ready when you do find that right girl.

It is probably going to be one of the hardest things you will ever go through in your life but like the old saying goes, if you love someone you have to set them free if they come back it was meant to be!
Dont act to devistated that would just make her want to stay away longer.
Still show her that you love her and will always care about her and that she will always have your heart.
But , you just have to find a way to let her know without showing her that it is killing you.
Wish you the best of luck!!!!!!

one door closes, another opens. look at it in a positive way. don't drool in the sadness too long. it does more harm than good.
improve yourself - personally, financially, spiritually. keep yourself busy. me, for example, after I broke up (7 years ago), I improved myself - I studied hard and got my degree. I am now working in a job I love and the pay's real good! see? things turn out okay for me! and it will for you too!!! oh and as for my ex, she's trying real hard to earn a living and she's in a troublesome relationship.
after you've improved yourself, you'll be a far superior person than you are now. that's one good thing about a break-up - you'll try hard to show your ex what they'll be missing from their life - YOU! and when they realize that fact, you'll be with a much better, nicer girl you call your wife.
the rain cloud will clear up soon. so cheer up! life goes on!

I know how you're feeling right now, please dont be sad... you still have me as your friend.
I have also gone thru such incident previously, i know it's really sad and hurt with this kind of feelings..
Try to be psycologically strong to over come you problems, make more friends at the same time, you'll get over it in a while..
Do drop me a note if you need anything..

I would recommend wallowing in porn, alcohol, and masturbation for a few days. Then go for a jog to detox and join something to where you can meet some new people. Preferably foxes.
