Usually an obscure koryu like that is taught by someone who teaches another koryu. So people familiar with kenjutsu or naginatajutsu etc. are the ones to ask.

You can find tessenjutsu in a number of different Japanese Koryu.

I know Bujinkan Taijutsu has Tessen in their curriculum as we were using one several weeks ago in conjunction with Kunai.

I believe Yagyu Shinkage Ryu has it in conjunction with their Jutte, Daito, and Naginata curriculum....but I'm not sure.

Just do some research, but the only confirmed school that teaches it currently that I know of is the Bujinkan.
