What is the best form of exercise to lose weight on your stomach and tone your abs.... exercise that does not require weights.... and what would be a good healthy diet plan to burn fat and tone up. i.e. (breakfast, lunch and dinner portions) please include times of day and what and what not to eat

You cant just lose weight on one area of your body, it doesnt work that way. Cardio is the best way to lose fat, if you want to tone your abs, do 30-60 min of cardio 4 times a week, and strength training 3 times focusing more on your abs than any other area
