is there anyway i could ever get him to let me see her? or let me talk to her? anything would be good at this point

Has your behaviour been so bad that has made her father ban you from her or is she too young?
If its the first reason, then you have to apologise to him sincerely and promise that you will behave yourself with her from now on and then prove your word by your behaviour. You have to regain your respect.
If its the second reason, then you have to lay off! Give her time to grow up and see whether both of you are still interested in each other. If you still are, then resume you friendship. If she's meant to be yours, you will be patient enough to wait.

Mmm...Let me see.... Mmm.. I guess the most important thing for you to do now is to meet your girl's dad. Try to talk to him the reasons why he doesn't allow you to meet his daughter... Try to understand and solve the problem together.....Probably her dad got you wrong at some points...try to mak everything clear, ok...

well, not much info here..... did you do something to deserve it ? all I can suggest at this point is to show the man some respect and back off....... dont lie or go behind his back.... call the man and tell him you are backing off, and that out of respect you will NOT see his daughter behind his back..... prove your worthyness to him.... it will take time, hard work, patience and faith..... but if she is worth it, there should not be a problem......
