You can try flirting with him more try giving him a signal that you want the relationship to go further. And if he doesn't get the hint try the," I know some one who wants to date you trick!"And if that doesn't work then write a note that says I guess "name" and "name" really like each other! and then write Why aren't they going out! Then accidentally put it some where where he will find it and that should do the trick.

I suppose it would depend on how long you two have had this attraction to each other. I would see no harm in asking him to meet you for coffee or a glass of wine. If you don't take the chance you may never know.
