In as unemotional manner as possible find out what your schools policy on changing classes is at this time from principal office. If you have very good relationship with one teacher, than you might try asking that person for OFF THE RECORD reason what's going on at currant time. Should person you talk giving you behind the scene reason, than never say so and so said unless you want to make their life hell.
Will guess guidance person is following direct or indirect orders because unless you caught someone having bad day they do not want to complicate their relationships with students.

Well I'm in 12th grade and I changed a class of mine but only because I already had took the course...Usually they try not to chnage schedules unless they have to because 1) You already had the course 2) You get your parent to complain for you 3) Your a senior in Highschool and need a different course to graduate or 4)You have a problem with the teacher in a certain course.
I suggest having a parent of yours call and make your parent tell them you need to change the 2 courses (for a certain reason )so they will be more willing to change it .
Hope I have helped!

I would suggest you go back, and not with an attitude, and ask why she changed the other kids schedules and cannot change yours.
Are you a habitual class switcher? If not, then her attitude is not right. You have the right to change a class if you have a good reason. If you get no where, go to her supervisor and get your parents involved.

Why do you need your schedule changed? Maybe she didn't feel your need was as great as someone elses. I know the beginning of the year is crazy and the counselors are trying to make everyone happy. Maybe they just ran out of possibilities. Or she lied to you.....

It depends why you want to change classes. The other girl could have had to change because they put her in a wrong class . Changing because you don't like your teacher or want to be with a friend is not a good reason.

Um, why would she lie to you? What does she get out of it? No, I don't think she is lying to you. Maybe it is too late in the year for her to switch things, or classes are already TOO full. Perhaps talk to the teachers' classes that you want to leave and maybe they can help.

did you ask your counselor about your confusion because i'm sure she does have an explanation for those. and besides changing, withrawing, dropping of subjects has time limits so be sure you're still within the acceptable timetable (school policy) for subject/schedule change.

Please! Remember, the world does not revolve around you. There was probably some prior arrangement with the girl that you are referring to. What should you do? Suck it up and remember that the world isn't always fair. It'll just prepare you for adulthood. You can't go around crying about every stupid little thing that happens to you.
