you can be over hydrated just as easily as being under hydrated
and its just as serious if not more

If you chug alcohol, it can slow your breathing to the point of actually stopping. You could die. This happens every year to teens who think alcohol is just for fun & getting drunk. Have personally assisted in bringing back a 12 yr. old who chugged a glass of wine. He would have died had not someone found him & started CPR.
