The insurance in the car expired acouple of months ago, I want to know what would i need to renew it. Any of your answers will help.

Call the previous insurance carrier. They will want to make sure the car is registered, so be sure to have your title, CURRENT registration (unless PA is one of those states that makes you insure the car first) VIN # and a check book. Don't delay if you've been driving without insurance, its a serious traffic offense and could potentially cost a lot more in the long run. It should be a fairly straightforward process, good luck!!

I'll answer that with a question, how many months is a few. Similar thing happened to me, thought I sent out the payment but sent out the wrong insurance payment. Was without insurance for almost 3 months not knowing it. When I went to get more insurance my rates went very high because they said that I had to be put in a high risk insurance for a year . I also live in PA. Good Luck. Erie is good cheap insurance but shop around
