Do you know in the first place whether the man you have married really loved you? Did you marry him because you think he loved you, when he told you that he loved you? When someone says he loves you, they are just words. Do the actions and behaviour show he meant what he says?
Assuming that he really loved you, then it would be a drastic change to make him stop loving you. You will know that he doesn't love you if he:
1. Does not bother about your feelings or views
2. Stops doing things to please you
3. Starts looking elsewhere for attention
4. Loses interest in your attention
5. Loses his respect for you

Its not that he doenst love you anymore but that special feeling will slowly fade when he will start not to appreciate things you do, he would sometimes yell at you, he will be irritable for even the lightest thing that you do, ignore you, dont want to sleep with you and worst he wants to kick you out in his life.
Try to talk to him and resolve your problems, maybe something is bothering him and you've mistakenly consider as he is not loving you anymore.

When he starts saying things that hurt you and you confront him but he ends up doing it anyway. When he doesn't do those simple little things that make you happy anymore. Only you know what those are. When he has changed around you. Things like that.

This one is easy to answer. When he quits showing you physical affection and no longer wants to have sex with you, he no longer loves you. Men will have sex with anything. So if he has no sexual interest in you, it is over.
