golden retriever probably 750 lbs per square inch, I'm taking that because a golden retriever is similar in size to a german sheperd and that is what there bite force is rated as..

Goldens aren't bred to have a hard bite, but rather a soft bite, for gaming..To carry a bird without harming the meat...the softer and more controlled the bite, the better the dog's breeding..Same as for their retrieving instincts...that is much of why they make such great faimly pets...controlled (soft) bite instincts..

There is techically no way to answer this. There is no device to measure the pressure of a bite from any dog.

Enough to break the skin. I wouldn't think you would want to know if your teaching your dog to love and be loved.
