A person’s life is full of dreams. Dream can be about one’s ambition which he gets fulfilled with the passage of time thru his own hard work, intelligence, good planning and with the blessings of Almighty. Another is day dreaming which is really not a good habit and can be controlled with one’s will power. But what about the dreams a person experiences during sleep. Do they hv effect in our real life? What do they mean? What is their interpretation? The person asks to his friends, elders and seniors in his social circle. Sometimes he gets satisfactory reply and sometimes not. These days Internet is a rich source of information. So one does not need to depend on others for one’s dream interpretation. The Yahansmaniac Community member suggests the following.

You have a dream of insecurity and guilt conscience
being chased or running after = being criticized
Kill someone = anger, guilt conscience
being killed = give up confidence.
In your case, you may have some sort of guilt conscience in real life. Being running after often means you are trying to avoid some criticism or words people that said to you in real life. You projected this killing scene in your dream to tell you that you are in guilt sub-conscience and you may feel insecure about people around you.
There is not much you can do, just examine yourself and see if anyone that you don't trust. Maybe you should talk to that someone. Nothing bad will happen to you. It's only your sub-conscience and you have serve guilty feeling. Once you get off the guilty feeling or just tell someone about what you did. You should feel better.

If you've ever had a nightmare, you're in good company. Almost everyone gets them once in a while - adults, as well as kids. A nightmare is a bad dream. It can may make you feel scared, anxious, or upset, but nightmares are not real and can't harm you.
While you sleep, your brain doesn't just turn off. It goes through several sleep stages, including REM, or Rapid Eye Movement, sleep. Why do they call it that? Because during this stage of sleep, your eyes move back and forth under your closed eyelids. During REM sleep, you have dreams and sometimes those dreams can be scary or upsetting.
About every 90 minutes your brain switches between non-REM sleep and REM sleep. The amount of time spent in REM sleep increases with each sleep cycle through the night. The longest periods of REM sleep occur towards morning. If you wake during this REM stage, it is easier for you to remember what you were dreaming about. That's why your most vivid dreams - and nightmares - occur in the early morning hours.
How Can I Prevent Nightmares?
Although it is normal to have a nightmare once in a while, there are some techniques you can try to get nightmares under control.
Get into a healthy sleep routine. Try to go to bed about the same time and wake up at the same time every day. Unless you're sick or didn't get enough sleep the night before, avoid naps during the day. Avoid eating or exercising just before bedtime. Avoid scary books or movies before bedtime if you think they might be causing your nightmares.

There is no way for someone else to tell you what your dreams mean. The person who would know best is you, because what you dream about comes from your mind: all your anxieties, wishes, thoughts, even random stuff that you were exposed to recently. Usually what psychologists say is that nightmares have to do with things that you are worrying about, so try to figure out if you have been stressed or if somethings been bothering you lately.
Unless you believe that you are psychic and that your dreams will help you to predict the future, I wouldn't worry about it. I have nightmares all the time, because I have a lot of stress and anxiety, and not one of them has come true.

Anxiety over something. Maybe guilt.
Maybe nothing.
What should you do? Deal with any loose ends in your life that might be crowding your mind. Bills etc. Exercise during the day to wear yourself out. Lay off the caffiene. Go to bed early and set your alarm 15 mins earlier than normal - this should wake you around the end of your nightmare if it does keep happening.
Relax! Dreams only foreshadow the future on FOX tv.

Conjecture: You're subconsiously developing a sense of paranoia. Is there any guilt in there that you refuse to acknowledge or refuse to admit that you did wrong? That might have been bothering you yet you don't want to face that guilt and the reason for it. If you believe you have done something or someone wrong, face up to it. If it is somebody, tell him/her and apologize. That will take the burden off your mind and banish the dream.

The ones I dream about have died. Scarey..It's like everynight.
It was this day in 1991 Sept. 12th 1991 that my mother passed away. I was in Phoenix living it up. Yes, I dreamed of her also and it was so real.

It means you had a nightmare and woke up...probably watched some lame murder mystery on the crap we have for TV entertainment and went to bed too late. Perhaps you are sleep deprived and are reacting poorly to that stress in your life. Or maybe you have an overactive imagination.

If you've dreamed this a few times, I wouldn't worry- it's just stress.
But you said you ALWAYS dreamed the exact same thing???
Weird...I would be worried...some things in dreams do predict real world events...

I read in one dream book that running away from somebody or something means that you are avoiding something or scared of something in real life. and the person or thing just has some quality or something in common with the thing you are avoiding.
