it sounds as if your sweet baby could be allergic to the food he/she is eating. You did not say what the ear problems or stomach problems are though. A visit to the vet will help. :)

You need to explain in more detail about the digestive issues.

As for the barking, dogs are able to bark very well without hearing. Cleaning out your dog's ears too much can be irratating. Some dogs just sound different than the rest, just like people. Does his bark sound differently when you clean out his ears??

As for the diareah, you need to exlpain more.

He could not be eating or drinking well.

He could be ill.

He may not be properly digesting his food. Try him on lamb and rice food as it is easier on dog's stomachs. Also make sure that you are buying a good quality dog food, not something from the supermarket. You will make up on cost becuase the better the food, the less the dog has to eat....less poo as well.

Take your dog to your veterinarian to properly diagnos the problem.

Good Luck

You don't define the actual problems so I suggest you go see your vet who can accurately diagnose your dogs problems. Don't wait to long so he won't suffer unnecessarily.

Take the pup to the vet. If the vet doesn't give you good answers, take it to another!
