I've seen all the videos, I know the whole thing about coke and mentos (especially diet coke).
I also remember chewing on a piece of mentos while drinking some coke. Nothing happens, so it's all good right? Have you ever done that then the coke and mentos videos come to mind?

I wasn't washing down a mentos with a coke, I just happened to open a can of coke while chewing on a mentos =).

I would say if you drank a whole 2 liter of coke and then ate a whole pack of mentos you would explode.

have you seen myth busters? the coke and mentos is one of the safe Tricks anyone can do including in kids. but make sure the kids do it outside or you will have a mess in the house.
