I have never dated any smokers so I wouldn't know the answer to this. I don't think I would ever date a smoker, but I can't help wondering if I'm missing out on something. After all, the technique must be similar, although the cigarette never really goes past the lips. This is probably best answered by males who've dated both smoking and non-smoking women.

The question has come up in discussions before, so I don't think it's entirely stupid. I like lalo's answer best so far, and also the note that smoking is an oral activity, so of course it's related. People are more likely to do better at things they enjoy, and so smokers who enjoy smoking might be best of all.

Yes - but probably not for the reason that you would assume. A smoker is literally taking their life in their own hands (they know the damn risks and health consequence by now!), throwing caution to the wind, living on the edge, living like there is no tomorrow (and every other cliche you can think of). The "best head" will be given by someone who doesn't think of tomorrow - who is just in it for the thrill of the moment (much like a smoker; wanting immediate gratification).

Smokers like things in their mouth and hand, I guess. And they say practice makes perfect, so therefore, smokers give better head. As long as you dont mind the idea that she got that good by giving LOTS and LOTS of head, you are good to go.

I have been married to a smoker and now divorced him b/c of abusive relationship..anyway; I am now with someone who does not smoke; nor do I smoke. I don't see any connection with smoking and blow jobs other than the smell of smoke on the person.

Well the last smoker I had sex with was amazing. Then again, that person was the only one who ever gave me an orgasm. So, I would definitely say yes.
