living with clinical depression for over 45 years, i would say the worse time of day for me is the morning. the emotional state of mind that i wake up w/usually determines how my entire day is going to run.

The night time cus it is hard to be in this big apartment without anyone. During the morning i have my two kids that are up and keeping me busy and then during the day i have my job that keeps me busy but at night when everything calms down i am left in the quiet with my thoughts and lonelieness.

Usually in the late afternoon if I let the day go by without accomplishing much.

Afternoon- when the sun is setting at twilight, it gets me every time. It just seems like the day is so long and it just drags on and on and won't end fast enough so I can retreat to sleep.

I'm under constant, deep depression. It doesn't change with the hour or the moonlight. Only death would disrupt it. So, I have to be strong, especially on days like September 11th.

I am more depressed after 3pm every Sunday... I have no idea why, I guess because I start to realize the new week is approaching......

I'm bi-polar so I fight depression all day and night but I think at bedtime is probably the best time.

It can hit me at any time of the night or day. But the time that I've found it getting me mostly is from 2am-4am. I don't know why.
