it's probably not eaten enough to be able to go to the bathroom, go to your local pet store or to your vet and get a dropper syringe the kind you would give a baby medicine with and there is a kitten formula milk to feed the kitten it has the nutrients in it the kitten needs, now with it being 3 weeks old it may take a kitten food, iams is then best otherwise I'd get Purina kitten chow, you may need to add a little water to it if the kitten won't take the hard food.

Get some kitten milk replacer (or goat milk from the grocery store in a pinch), use a syringe, medicine dropper, small bottle, or something of that sort. Warm the liquid to body temp (just like a baby bottle, drop a drop on your wrist and you shouldn't feel it), get the baby to drink some. Probably about a teaspoon at a time. Use a warm moist cotton ball to wipe the anal area to stimulat defecation and urination. It may not be old enough to go on its own, yet. Keep it warm with a heating pad, but allow it a place to crawl off it it gets too hot. As soon as you can, have a vet check it out and give you more tips and literature.

If it is really 3 weeks old, it will soon be getting old enough to start moving over to kitten food. The vet may also recommend a vitamin supplement depending on the kitten's condition.

You can find milk replacement formula at most petstores or vets. Feed with an eye dropper or kitten bottle. Eye droppers are easier because kittens won't readily suck a bottle. Your best bet would be to find a foster mother as soon as possible, advertise in petstores, humane societies, or newspapers. Most mothers will accept a kitten of the same age as their own. Just rub your kitten on mother's kittens to transfer the scent. She should accept it. Don't feed cows milk as a long term solution, kittens will starve on cows milk. You may have to stimulate urination and defacation in a kitten this young. Take a warm damp rag and gently wipe the kittens bottom, this should get him going. Good luck!

The kitten is young enough that you'll have to get a milk replacer from your vet. You will also have to stimulate it to go to the bathroom by taking an old rag that you dampen with water and rub the anus gently until it poops. A mother cat will do this for quite a while, but the kitten should be able to eliminate on its own after you get it stimulated.

My sister does fostering all the time for kittens without mothers. You should definitly take the advice about feeding replacement milk. I think you can find it at walmart... just get those little bitty baby bottles (should be with the milk) and mix with warm water... follow the directions!!! You don't need a syringe to feed it, it will suck on the nipple of the bottle just like a baby. Same thing with going to the bathroom. Mothers of kittens usually lick the babies on their bottoms to clean up any potty mess so the baby will think it is being licked if you use a wet warm washrag to kinda rub it down there like he is being licked. hope this helps... good luck!!

Go to a vet or humane society, they will either take it from you and foster it out until it is old enough to adopt out .. or give you advice on how to care for it. A furball that size has a really small tummy, like the size of the tip of your finger .. so they need to eat often, probably with a bottle feeder for a while.

Good Luck to you!

Put some warm milk on your finger and put it in his mouth -keep doing this getting closer to the bowl each time - till real close - now this might sound mean but its not - when close enough push his face into milk so it has to drink - also try some tuna that's how we got ours to eat when we got it - because we were told it was 8 weeks old and it wasn't - if all this doesn't work go to vets and get some bottles

PetSmart sells a kitten formula for kittens that for some reason can't be with the Mom. Ask an associate about it and how to use it. Wrap the kitty in a fuzzy blanket & take it with you. The associates are really nice & helpful. Don't go to Petco.

PLEASE DO NOT PUT COW MILK OR TUNA IN ITS MOUTH!
PEOPLE ARE STUPID!
buy the kitten replacement formula from petsmart, dont give it anything else.
rub its butt with a warm soft cloth til it poops.
if it doesnt poop in the next couple hours i would get worried. just keep trying the cloth, esp. after feeding it.
you can use a heating pad on low, covered with a towel to keep her warm. just make it to where she can get off it if she gets too hot.
3 weeks old is very young but it can easliy survive if you do these things.
take it to the vet soon, it needs to be tested for feline leukemia and aids.
it will need to be dewormed at 6 weeks old.

Take it to a local vet, or SPCA. Try to find a no kill shelter, and they can take the kitten in and treat it with the money people have donated. I hope he/she gets better!
