All medicines taken can be found in the hair, along with drugs and things like that. But unless your taking A LOT of it, which I doubt you are because it would result in liver damage, you should be fine. Only certain perscription drugs result in hair damage and loss.

I have been using benadryl and some other prescription allergy pills for yrs. without any ill affects.
