That's a good goal man especially the pull ups cause those are hard, but remember that its hard on the body to gain or loose weight that fast but you should be able to get pretty close to that safely. But as far as how to do it I would suggest a good natural diet get off all that bad sh*t that put it on you in the first place. Then start running and anything else that makes you sweat then do some upper body work outs to get you ready for pull ups. Most off all you have to want it bad enough.

That is a lot to lose in less than 3 months. You may want to lose a little slower than that to be sure you are doing it in a healthy way. About 1 1/2 to 2 pounds a week is a reasonable amount to lose so in about 10 weeks you could lose about 15 to 20 pounds. Here is a sensible plan that may help you.
1.Eat three nutritious meals and three snacks everyday. Cut out junk food. You probably need about 1500 to 1800 calories a day.
2. Drink lots of water - at least 8 big glasses a day. Stop drinking soda, beer, alcohol - empty calories.
3. Begin a weight lifting program at home or go to a gym if that is possible for you.
4. Walk, walk, walk. Buy yourself a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day.
5. Record everything you eat and all your exercise to make sure you have a "calorie deficit". Two of the sites I've included will help you do that.
6. Park at the back of the parking lot instead of close to the door. Always use stairs - never the elevator or escalator.
I hope these thoughts help. Good luck with it.

I'm not trying to discourage you or anything but 50 lbs in not even whole 2 months is close to impossible and very unhealthy even if you do succeed. I do know that Nutrisystem is a great diet the truly works wonders. I lost about 13 lbs a month on that diet and didn't gain it back like all of the other diets out there. I was also never hungry which really helped for someone who is ALWAYS hungry (I'm talking about myself). Look it up at www.nutrisystem.com. Even if you don't buy their food, they have an awesome way to track your diet that even has a little person to demonstrate you before after and during your weight loss. This is free whether you buy the food or not. I really hope that you reach your goal. Keep up your metabolism for at least 30 minutes a day and 3 times a week to burn fat and stay away from high fat foods and things high in sugars. Eat as much fruit & veggies as you want - they are truly good for you. And eat whole grains. To lose weight you are supposed to drink half as many ounces as you weigh. For example, you weigh 250 lbs so you should drink 125 ounces of water a day. It's a lot but it will really help. Green tea (without sugar) will really aid in your weight loss as well. Good luck and have a great night!

You probably can't lose 50lbs that fast - at least not safely. Safely losing weight will mean you can lose about 9-12lbs in a month. Set realistic goals for yourself and start to eat sensibly, cut calories, cut out junk food, and start to excersize slowly and build up endurance. Good luck!

No! You will not be able to do it in a healthy way... you are trying to loose 25% of your total weight in less than 3 months.
Technically speaking your can, but from a healthy point of view, you should not.
Be realistic and more precise in your goal: To loose 20lbs in 3 months and maintain that weight-loss for the next 3 months...
Good Luck !

Try to eat lots of salads and fruits and cut down on your portions at each meal. If you eat a salad before each meal you won't be as hungry as if you ate your salad with dinner. Go for it I know that you can do it but fifty pounds in two months is asking a little to much. Set a lower goal for yourself.

Drink a lot of water just when you think you craving for food again, so that you'll lose your appetite because the water will fill up your stomach. Avoid skipping meals,it will just help you eat even more

What?
So, lose 50 lbs in order to do 10 pull ups? If so, you will actually be losing about 40 pounds. Muscle weighs more than fat my friend. More muscle = more weight.
