No He wasn't. He was seen and not recognized at first by those who saw Him. He appeared as an ordinary man to them.

It is likely to assume that Jesus was indeed clothed, when he appeared to his apostles and disciples, mainly because there was no mention made in scripture of any other type of adornment, or the lack of it.
Souls in heaven may appear in any form ... as clothing ... or even a human appearance ... is not essential when one exists in only a spiritual state of existence.
In the Book of Revelation, and elsewhere in scripture, certain types of heavenly "clothing" are mentioned. Whether that is symbolic or literal, remains to be seen.
As for resurrection day, it may well be God's next step in the restoration of all things.
Adam and Eve were naked and unashamed in the Garden of Eden. We may all be that way again, in the age to come.
There's also scriptural evidence which indicates that traditional human "genitalia" may no longer be necessary, and may not even be a part of our resurrection bodies, in the next age.
The cause of so much trouble in this present age, leaving them behind may prove to be a very good thing.
We'll see.

I really don't know. The scriptures don't record Jesus being nude in His first appearances to the women at the tomb, and later to the disciples. That could be explained by shock, though. It would be enough to notice that " this person, whom we witnessed brutally tortured, beaten beyond recognition, and killed, is ALIVE. What? You want to know what He was wearing at the time????"
I think you understand.
However, there are instances of visions of Heavenly beings described as fully clothed-- with fire, molten metal, light, a star. Maybe the spirit realm has a different understanding of "nakedness" than we do! That would explain a lot!

Yes, but it's good naked, not bad naked. (Ever watch Seinfeld?)
No, I don't think we see through the same filters we have here as mortal beings. There will be unbelievable beauty, not the worldly kind- so we cannot imagine it. Also, why are you trying to apply limited human logic to the infinite wisdom of our creator? Can't be done. There are things we aren't ever going to know while we are on this earth.

Actually, I've never heard a cleric address this issue head on, and I know of no scripture that does, either. ( not that I know them all). I think that gender will be irrelevant in Heaven ( oh, shucks; so much for the 72 virgins thing), and we will be "robed" in His Glory. No one but Jesus has been there and back, and He told us only what He wanted us to know. He wasn't concerned about dress, obviously. Nor food, nor sex.
Was He naked when he returned? Those who saw Him said he was robed in white.

Man did not create clothing for protection against the weather. Adam and Eve actually covered themselves up because of the shame they felt after they fell.
Clothing is really a cover. A mask if you will. There is nothing wrong with nakedness until you pervert it and use it for what it wasn't intended to be used for. Sin is the factor here. Without it we wouldn't be ashamed of being nude.

Wrong!..It was God that "invented clothing". God was the one that made clothing for Adam and Eve after they had sinned, out of a badger's skin, to cover their nakedness.
You are wrong...they are clothed with robes of righteousness..there is no sin, no lust..nothing like that in Heaven..Quit trying to bring things down to your level of understanding.
