You'd choke on coke and mentos, but I've tried the poprocks with soda thing before, it won't KILL you, it'll just give more pop (in my case it didn't). It's best though, if you're experimenting, not to swallow it until it's done popping because well, you don't want it caught in your throat do you?

Hehe, no that's just an urban legend. However it causes some extra "popping" so you might end up with a Pop Rock down your windpipe. Be careful.

Not at all,When I was Young and pop rocks first came out everyone said that,We tried it and nothing happen.If that was true they wouldn't sell them or they would at least have to put a warning label on it.

lol thats funny ive think i heard that that way back and just seen the pop rock candy in the store again thats so funny that stuff used to freak me out as a kid i would swallow it and it would pop in my throat .I woudnt think it would but might hurt your throat.
