some spanish words im sure r of aribic origin... same with english words like adobe, admeral, chemisty, elixer..

Yes, it is true. The Iberian Peninsula (the peninsula where Spain is) was inhabited simultaneously by the ancestors of today's Spanish speakers, Moors (Arabic speakers), and Jews. Many Moorish words were borrowed into Spanish.

Some examples:
alfombra
ajedrez
azucar

You'll notice that many words borrowed from Arabic start with "a" or "al" because this is a common thing to precede nouns in Arabic.

and also many Italian words, and English words too.
even the numbers u use like 1 2 3 4 r written in Arabic, and Arabs now use the Indian numbers form.

yes. it is due to the fact that nearly all of the Iberian peninsula had been conquered by the Muslims from the 8th century up until about 200 years later. They contributed a lot to the culture and language.
it is why so many words in the spanish language begin with 'al'

I know that the very popular word "ojalá" has Arabic origins. I believe it can be literally translated as "God willing", aside from the typical Spanish use of "I hope" or "I wish".

Just one example I know of.

yes, it is true, remember that spain was occupied by arabs for almost 500 years.
words that start with AL are likely to have arabic roots, like almohada, almeria..etc
