I'm guessing you haven't eaten for days because you've had a big night / nights on the pills or coke etc.
Regardless, eating is more important than body weight - it really upsets me when women run their whole lifestyle around how they look compared with plastic media images.
You must eat, but for health and not fat reasons I think you should try and eat more nutritional meals. You need lots of water, fruit and veg and some grain group foods and dairy and meat. Perhaps try substituting McDonalds with Subway or something healthy like that?
By the way, if you haven't eaten in days even McDonalds wont make up for the calories and fat content you've lost.
As a last thought - perhaps you haven't eaten because you're starving yourself. If so you need to work on your inner self to stop worrying about material things like whether men want to root you more than the next girl. After all, if you're concerned about your appearance you need to question WHO you're trying to impress (don't give me that "nobody" or "myself" garbage!). Women competing for men's attention and approval really baffles me - are men that good themselves? They are allowed to age, be skinny or fat, be wrinkly etc etc AND still be considered attractive, while women keep pushing the female standard higher and higher, and making it a more unrealistic image to compete with.
Just compare 'sexy' guy and girl celebities and tell me who is much more 'attractive' - The Hoff or Angelina Jolie? Mel Gibson or Elle MacPherson? Hoolio Onglasias or Penelope Cruz?

why not try to eat a regular cheeseburger, a regular fries and a medium drink. It isn't exactly the healthies choice, but it won't put as much weight on you as super sizing it.

as soon as you put the food in your mouth, your body weighs that much more. Now, of course eventually part of it gets burned off & excreted. At least, eat half of it now and half of it later. Your body can deal with it better that way.
