This girl kinda is quiet, but when i talk to her she is more "talk - a - tive", I really like and want to kiss her, but how do i talk her into dating?

2- ask her want to know the different between CPR N A KISS...(if she want to know then kiss her)
3- just kiss her when she talk... then say something nice n touching...

talking and dating are 2 different things. If you want to kiss her, give it time. It sounds like you are on the right path. The perfect time will happen... worse thing you can do is rush it.
Once you get past the first kiss, the dating will come naturally.

1st of all become her friend, let her know you like her, ask her out on a casual date, pizza, heard there's a good movie wanna go c it .just as friends. find out her likes dislikes. what she's interested in , then ask her out on a real date. and be a gentleman

just get some courage from the store ..
and ask her out...
since you both are already friends, then no ice breaking is required.
go for coffee, and get to know her better....the love part will start to develope mah !
