a.) Sytem of Jurisprudence, Gov't organization
b.) Parliamentary procedures

c.) natural law/rights.
the idea of inalienable rights include "life, liberty, and the pursuit of property" (which is the original concept before adoption of 'happiness')

Of course, this may be considered one of the fundamental premises behind capitalism as an economic system. Just think of the system of Juriprudence where there are prohibitions brought against a person who deprives another of life, liberty, or property. Examples: murder, torts, privacy violation, defamation of character (depriving person of proprietary interest of their good name), intellectual/creative license, and more.
