i need to start loosing some serious weight fast. Im a full time student and i work part time. I never have time for anything? can anybody give me some tips? please...thank you

You may not have time to lose weight fast. I would never recommend taking those diet pills cause they are so bad for you and you never keep the weight off. Here's what I would recomend:

Wake up early. Do some serious, sweat your butt off areobics for about 30 minutes. I mean hard. (But make sure you stretch first). You'll be sore the first 2 days.

Sometime in the middle of the day, work out again.

Do this exactly the same every day for the same amount of time.

Eat 5 really small meals, instead of three big meals. Substitute with shakes anytime you can. Watch out for Unsaturated fat, grease, whitebread, white rice, sodium, and sugar. Don't eliminate your sugar intake, just don't take in so much. Eat as much fruit as you can, especially oranges, apples, and bananas.

Drink at least 80 oz of water a day. Try 100 if you're not a small person. Make sure you drink alot before you work out and afterwards. Sip, don't gulp.

Water will still be a large part of your weight, so reducing sodium intake will reduce stored water while you're drinking all of this.

Water and exercise are the biggest contributors to weight loss. Intensity of workout determines how fast you lose the weight.

How much do you weigh, if you don't mind me asking, and how tall are you. Maybe I can give you an idea of some goals to work for each week.

Exercise a lot and eat less or be faced with being overweight and having health problems. You know overweight people get discriminated against with jobs too. So you will be less healthy, less attractive and more poor. Give a friend some pictures of you in a bathing suit. Tell them if you don't loose the weight and maintain it, to post the pictures of you on the Internet. Need anymore motivation?

It is unhealthy to loose a lot of weight fast. I would suggest eating better healthier food.

Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). Get latest info like American Heart Association does not want you to eat more than 6 ounces daily of meat, fish or poultry. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

Watch the movie The Machinist with Christian Bale. He got that skinny simply by not eating. Stick to lettuce for a few days and you'll drop weight fast.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Green tea is supposed to increase your metabolism.
But other than that plenty of fluids w/o a large amount of sugar.

!ESPECIALLY! Eat a good breakfast b/c if you dont eat enough for breakfast your body slows down your metabolism so you have enough energy for the rest of the day! That of course means you burn less fat.
And just try and eat healthy in general.

i am sure you have heard this before. it is unhealthy to lose weight fast, it just increases the chance you will gain it back..all water weight! eat right and excercise
