It's call the Turn or 4th street. The most popular name is the turn but I've heard it called both. If you are courious about other online poker terms I've found this free poker eBook. The Turn may be the proper answer, but I've called that card many things over the years; most of them are not repeatable. Every now and then, though, it is called "You Beauty".
