Why for the last couple of hours do I feel like 3/4 of myself is surrounded by some sort of box?

No i just feel like my pc is surrounding me as usual. That is probably what you are feeling.

I'm not sure I understand your question, but yeah sometimes I feel out of myself, like I'm dreaming or something.
