The body is more on the acidic side of the scale as are things such as hair and nails. This is because we have natural acids in us that make us able to sustain the enviroment better. I believe the ph for the body is up in the high sevens to the low eights but of coarse it depends on the certain human and the health of that human. Medical condition can very much alter the state of acid in the body.

Depends on the part and the body.. The freshly oxidized blood is somewhat alkaline and carbon dioxide saturated blood is somewhat acidic...

the pH of body fluids differ depending upon the organell to which they are confined.
i am not clear about whole body pH.
