The normal blood pH is 7.35 -7.45, slightly acidic. The body has multiple mechanisms of sdjusting the pH, so don't waste your brain power trying to figure out which foods help the pH. Just eat healthy/tasty foods.

pH is how acedic or basic a substance is. It is based on a scale from 1-14. With HCL being at the acedic end, 1. and ammonia being basic, about a 12. Human blood is slightly basic with a 7.4. I have never heard of someone having to mainain their pH on purpose, it might just be a selling point for some new sports drink

Your body regulates your pH. You shouldn't have a problem unless an organ, such as your kidneys or lungs, are not functioning properly. The below weblink seemed to offer advise on pH foods if you are interested.

It ISN'T. That's just a hokey diet theory that some quack put together. Your body regulates its pH quite well regardless of what you ingest. Nothing you eat or drink is capable of changing your pH level to any significant degree.
