I had corrective surgery and now have two (i think stainless steel) staples close to my ankle. Would it be safe for me to go swimming with thos things in me? M afraid i'll cramp halfway thru swimming.

stainless steall is rust resistant..

nonetheless, water isn't able to enter your ankles unless you have a super deep open wound right until those steel pipes...

so don't worry about a thing

Always ask your doctor if you have any doubts about something like that. It's what they do for their pay, after all.
