Does loratab side effects make u tired the next day ?

I take 1 loratab evernight before bed. I have been now for a month and 2 weeks. after I broke my ankle. Can this cause me to become addicted at this stage ? DOes loratab make u really tired the next day ?

First question is....is this how it is prescribed? One of the biggest risks of getting addicted comes from not taking the medicine exactly as prescribed.

Secondly, yes...Lortab can make you feel sleepy the next day. But remember, every medicine affects everyone differently. That is why it is SO VERY VERY IMPORTANT you talk with your doctor about this. And make sure your doctor is paying attention to YOUR medical history. It's YOUR history and biological make up that counts, not the one in some text book or case study.

I feel like I need to add: DON'T DO ANYTHING WITHOUT TALKING TO YOUR DOCTOR FIRST! Don't cut back, don't increase. It is critical that you follow the dosage instruction exactly!

I've been taking loratabs off and on now for 3 years for chronic pain so I take it only when I need to and they will keep me up all night if I take it past 7:00 p.m and yes you can get addicted to them after just one month if you take them every day A good friend of mine became very addicted to them.

Yes it is possible for you to become addicted! Talk to your doctor about it. Yes, being tired the next day is a common side effect and usually means you are getting too much medication. However, your injury can do the same thing. You really need to address this with your physician.

yes it can make you sleepy but after8 hr it should be out by then you also can get addicted to this try 2 or more days with out and see if you still hurt as bad if not go to Tylenol or what you like

um i took a loratab once and it knocked me the **** out!
