What are your colors?

You can get something in those colors.

Someone will suggest poinsettas, but I think that they are butt ugly and relegated to December since all the other flowers are dead.

Try adding traditional holiday and winter flowers, fillers, and/or decorations to white roses.

Amaryllis (red or white)
Callas (white)
Christmas Bush (red filler flower)
Paper whites (small white daffodil)
Poinsettia (red, white, or pink)
Star of Bethlehem (small white flower)
Winterberry (red)
Holly berries and/or leaves (red)
Pine or other evergreens
Bells
Balls (like an ornament)
Angels

Other colors besides red and green:
Silver
Gold
Blue

If it were me, I wouldn't use poinsettia, they are a larger flower and tend to dominate the bouquets. I would use white roses with red and white striped amaryllis accents, and some berries and leaves for filler in a small teardrop. The amaryllis would incorperate the red without having to add too much, great if your bridal colors are something else. Amaryllis look similar to lilies, so they are still a beautiful flower without being overpowering. Maybe add some silver or gold to give it a festive look.
