oriented: focused with or familiar with
know-how: intelligence, ability, skill
positive drive: motivation, incentive

cross reference any of these words in a thesaurus and you'll get a well-rounded idea of what the words mean. good luck!

Where are you living now? If you moved to canada you can take and ESL course in college. ESL stands for English as a second language.
