You didn't say where Fort Bend county is. This reminds me of the customers that call the 800 # to the company I work for and think that the magic phone fairies have given me the information I need and won't tell me anything.
Oh well, I entered that county into Google and came up with one in TX so I'll guess that's the one you mean. Here's that county's website. I hope they can figure out what you mean

Try the Indiana State Police. In Michigan you can purchase the info online for a fee on the MSP web site. The arrest is public info.
I would start there B4 trying one of the other companies sometimes they charge you and you only get the same info you could find yourself.

Yes they are public record. You can usually find a link on people search engines (like Yahoo), for companies, but they usually charge like 10-$20
