Not very appetizing! if it were me I would be contacting the company and at least letting them know of my experience, it doesn't have to be aggresive in nature. As for getting sick, I doubt it, at least not in the immediate. The thing to do for the future would be to take charcoal and let it remove any toxicity that the bug may have brought with it.

I once found weevils in my cornbread box mix, it grossed me out.!!

nope weavils are actually full of protein, and although we prbably never see them, i guarentee you weavils are in most dry foods packets you buy.
