christians can and do pray anytime and anywhere, you don't have to fold your hands or close your eyes. you are simply talking to your Lord and Savior and He will listen wether your driving or showering, on the phone, working, about to fall asleep.etc.....i am praying for you right now. God bless!!

praying seems to be about a 50-50 proposition. Half the time, you get what you pray for and half the time you don't. Roughly the same odds as doing nothing.
Having said that, if there was a true "power of prayer" I can think of a lot of people who might convert just long enough to pray for Christians to go pray in traffic.

Not particularly, as God gave us a brain to reason with. It doesnt hurt to have a prayer on your heart though as that is what the Bible means by praying without ceasing. We should be ready to pray for someone if they ask us to. You do not have to to close your eyes or open your mouth to pray, The best place to pray is to designate a certain place in you house and set a time to pray on a regular basis. A prayer of thanksgiving should be said before meals.

I always pray when I'm driving...especially if I have passengers...particularly my little grandchildren. I've lost track of the numbers of times I have asked God to put His big hands over my small ones, and get us safely home....

We should pray with out ceasing. It doesn't matter where we pray as long as we do. God is listening at all times.

what do you mean "in traffic?" In the middle of the road? no. but it is ok to pray wherever one is - including in traffic. If stuck in traffic with nothing to do, it's a great way to spend the time.

Why do that when they can stay at home and pray just fine. You don't need to pray in public to touch base with Gos.
