There's a place in Cambridge which is always advertising in the local papers but I'm not going to tell you their name because a. I don't think it's a good idea in the wake of the horrors of the trials that went so drastically wrong for several men earlier this year, and b. because I think advertising for guinea pigs is unethical. If they're so sure that their drugs can be tested on humans they should try them themselves. Oh, and mostly you don't get a nice fat cheque for the privilege of allowing them to experiment on you, they pay expenses (time off work/travelling etc) and give you a 'free' medical. If you respect your body you won't even consider it.

Search in the internet "drug trials", Hire, UK and you will find it.

In london, in front of victoria station - in front of the Theather, you can find a magazine to foreigners (free) where you can see advertisements there. I can't remember its name.

Prices are not fixed. Sometimes you have some benefits like house and food or some special cirurgy (like deep tooth extraction) - if you need it.

Don't mind the scaremongers! That trial that went REALLY wrong in England was one trial out of many. Have you heard of any others going wrong?
Oh, and as I don't live in England, I haven't a clue where you can go, but fair play to for doing this. Human trials are neccessary, even if you're just in it for the money...sure, no better reason!
