he just called me and was having his two year old brother talk and I could here him in the backround saying to his brother say we go on a date and then kiss and then makeout I pretended I didnt here my friend and that I didnt understand his little brother so I said what were you having him say and all my friend said was jsut different things we are 15 and I want to date him but by him saying that stuff does that mean he wants to date me

I think it's a major sign he likes you, because why would his brother say something like that unless they heard it from someone else. There's a good possibility he let it slip that he likes you and his little brothers were trying to embarrass him.
