Do you really care? I have two small children and I don't care. I have to fly too and that is just the way it is. But I would like to add that my kids are awesome when we fly. We live in Japan and we've had to make 8-9 hour flights over the ocean. My kids are quiet. They keep busy with things we've brought for them to do and they sleep. We've never been on a flight where when we were getting off the plane someone didn't comment on how good our kids were during the flight. In 2004 there was a lady sitting near us who's kid was being terrible. She leaned over to me and asked, "How do you do it?!"
One thing we do is explain to our kids what is going to happen, what they should expect and the behavior we expect from them. We do this before we even leave the house. We do it for every situation and we've done it since they were still infants. It works.

Well, considering that people on the plane don't know your kids, I'd have to venture a guess that, yes...I'm sure most flyers are reflexively annoyed at the thought of sharing cramped space with 2 small, loud, and potentially annoying children.
It has nothing to do with you, or your kids personally. It's the principle, mostly.

Even "good" kids have bad experiences, and when you are trapped in a small space for hours, it just gets unbearable.
Consider the person who has just spent $500 plus to fly only to be trapped in the space of a bus with children who become fussy and upset because of turbulence or something like that. Instead of your attitude of entitlement, perhaps you should take a look at from their point of view.
That said, you will have to fly some times with your children. If you cannot afford 1st class that would give you some more room, then please plan ahead and ask that you are seated with other families with small children at least. Make sure that you are not expecting your children to entertain themselves, nor dumping your responsibility on the airline personnel. Frankly, unless it is a family situation, there really isn't any need for children that young to be on a plane. Consider waiting until they are a bit older to do whatever traveling you need to do.
You might also consider buying a package of ear plugs and offering them, with your heart felt apologies to anyone your children might disturb.

Yes!!! No matter how "good" your children are they are still 2 1/2 and 8 months old. Sorry to break it to you mom but no child is that "good" at that age. There is nothing worse than being held hostage for three hours next to a screaming baby other than being stuck next to a two year old invading your space with sticky fingers, drool, and the lovely aroma of poop.

I have to admit if you got on a plane I was on I would be really apprehensive about you sitting near me.
I've been on a plane with a crying child and it's annoying even though I know there's nothing the parent can do.

Its probable so you might purchase them a seat, so in view that money isn't an concern, pass ahead and do it. it will be a lot less complicated to be able to sit down them interior the provider of their personal seat even as you try to breastfeed yet another or maybe if. At in worry-free words 2 months, the flow of the plane ought to with any success lead them to sleep. even if, getting as a lot as those more beneficial altitudes is going to lead them to uncomfortable. Have bottles, pacifiers and the breast waiting for them to suckle on. it will help their little ears. deliver leisure issues for the older little ones. New books, commute video games, a track participant, a conveyable DVD participant. such issues as that. they ought to do tremendous. i imagine a stroller will be maximum proper for maneuvering with the help of the airport with such an excellent number of little ones. you could take all of it a thanks to the gate and they are going to verify it for you once you're on. once you land at your vacation spot, it will be taken off the plane first and could be waiting for you on the gate. except that, attempt your maximum proper to pay interest to all the different individuals on the plane. some human beings get quite pissy about having to be on a plane with an excellent variety of little ones. That being stated, the youngsters ARE going to get cranky, so do not enable the unfavourable comments or hateful glances from different passengers get to you. they are going to easily ought to get over it. as long as you're doing each and every thing plausible to maintain them calm and quiet, then it really is all every person can quite ask. *except having more beneficial room, there'll no longer be a lot of a huge difference between authentic high quality and coach even as it comprises travelling with little ones. in view that money isn't an concern although, then why no longer?! once you should fly for that length of time with that many little ones, the more beneficial room would nicely be nicely worth it. you also opt to imagine about even if you desire a flight without stops or no longer. it would nicely be powerful to fly instantly with the help of, yet switching planes would have the danger to get off the plane, stretch your legs, enable the youngsters run round somewhat and adjust the little ones more beneficial quite. only a theory.

No, if they are then they have problem, not you.. What is annoying is when kids are "allowed" to do what ever they want, like run around, climb on the seats, scream, and basically act like they are on a playground. Kids are kids, they act up; but, parents need to control them.
