Wow! I don't know for sure... but since nobody else has answered...

I really like my Samsung SCD 27...

It was not cheap... but it does Digital video and it will also do still pictures which comes in handy...

I take video and put it onto my computer and then process it with Pinnacle software to make a decent video to burn onto a DvD.

It has several outputs and besides the Digital Tape you have a memory card that you can save .MOV video files and .jpg stills... it fits into my computer memory slot for direct access very easily.
