I'm short sighted. Why do I get dizzy if I try to read on the PC monitor? with or without glasses.?

Check your computer's settings for the monitor and display. Make sure that the driver for your monitor and video card are current. Depending on your OS, you may be able to manually adjust the "flicker rate" on your controls in your computer settings. Also, if your monitor has a manual control setting, you could adjust the settings (start with the brighness and contrasts) there.
