Men wants/needs it, women dont...
For men, they feel love when they are making love
For women, they just need hugs, kisses and assurances to feel love. Not all women feel the same abt making love, its either they feel love or they feel that they are being used for the men's pleasures.

what do you mean "options"?
If one is under 18, the only answer is jail time.
if you're under 18 together then just be friends
If over 18 you should be sensible enough to be engaged at least before you do it. And when you do it use a condom.

It is only 10% of a real partnership. But when it goes bad, it completely wrecks the other 90%.
