Actually there is no confusion unless you try to teach the trinity.
If all saviors have to be Jesus / Jehovah?
What about the book of Judges. There are several saviors.
But you say those where sent by Jehovah.
Matt 10:40; Luke 4:18; John 3:17 Jehovah sent Jesus.
Therefore if Jehovah sent Jesus as a Savior, Then Jehovah is really the Savior.
Since Jehovah is King, Jesus is King, David is King, Jehu is King they all must be one.
No even though David was said to sit on Jehovah's throne, that doesn't make him God.
Just because you can find the same discription for Jehovah and Jesus, this does not make them the same.
God's glory to no one is a correct statement found in Isaiah, but notice what John 17 says about Jesus glory,
5`And now, glorify me, Thou Father, with Thyself, with the glory that I had before the world was, with Thee;
22`And I, the glory that thou hast given to me, have given to them, that they may be one as we are one;
So all true christian have Jesus' glory,
the glory he had prior to coming to the earth.
So according to your reasoning all christians become equal to God.
May that never happen!
Can we now see why the trinity is so confusing and God dishonoring.

"Christ according to the faith, is the second person in the Trinity, the Father being the first and the holy Ghost the third. Each of these three persons is God. Christ is his own father and his own son. The Holy Ghost is neither father nor son, but both. The son was begotten by the father, but existed before he was begotten--just the same before as after. Christ is just as old as his father, and the father is just as young as his son. The Holy Ghost proceeded from the Father and Son, but was an equal to the Father and Son before he proceeded, that is to say before he existed, but he is of the same age as the other two. Nothing ever was, nothing ever can be more perfectly idiotic and absurd than the dogma of the Trinity." [Robert G. Ingersoll]

The Trinity....Yes, three in one. Here are some verses you might want to look over. Matthew Chapter 16 (I believe) is where Jesus is questioned by one of the Pharisees and he answers, "How can I (Jesus) be called son of David and yet David calls me Lord?" (Paraphrased)
Revelation Chapter 22, Jesus clearly states He is God and no other.
The relation between The Holy Spirit and God is clear when Gabriel comes down to talk to Mary about Jesus that she will birth.
There are clear examples of who God is and the Trinity is clear.
God the Father who lived in the heavens
Jesus the Son - God who lived with us
The Holy Spirit - God within us

I believe in a triune God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit as one in the Trinity. I think there is so much confusion about this because we cannot comprehend it. How can three be one, and be in different places at the same time? It is beyond my understanding, but I take it on faith.
