ok anyways my friend told this guy that i like that i liked him and he said cool and then when she asked him if he liked me and he didn't answer and just started blushing and walked away but now in my classes i catch him staring at me and when i look at him he turns his head right away and starts looking at his page....he keeps blushing too everytime that happens what does this mean?

it means that he likes you too.. he's just kinda shy to show it to you but sooner or later he will approach you.. that's for sure, he likes you too! he's just waiting for the right time and maybe he's still rehearsing his speech to ask you out.. hehe *wink*

It means that your male friend also is now having thoughts about you, but he has not built up the courage to do something about it. You should break the ice and ask him to help you solve some problems in your math or science homework. Go to the study hall or library with him. After a little while of doing the math, or whatever, suggest that both of you step outside where you can talk without being shushed by the nosey librarian. When outside, talk to him about what he likes to do. Ask him what he really likes, and make comments about how that is so cool. Find something to say about that thing he likes that you might have done also. Your job is to break the ice by drawing him out of his shell. Let him get comfortable talking with you. See where things go from there. Remember, if you want to develop a friendship with him, your job is to get him relaxed around you. If you primp every moment and always show that you are a goddess, he will never be able to just let his hair down and say Hi. How are you?

He probably is a little shocked that you like him. He sounds a little shy. He sounded like he was lost for words when she asked if he liked you. He probably hasn't had the situation come up, and doesn't know what he should say. I would try start small conversations with him. Maybe while walking out of class, ask him how he did on that exam. Or, did he get his homework done? You need to start a conversation up with him, so he knows you are trying to get to know him. That you will not bite.
I think if you try talking to him, you will get an idea of what he is thinking. If he continues to not to want to talk, then he isn't ready for anything, or he has someone else on his mind.

It means that #1.) This guy that you speak of obviously has a very serious case of the "shyness". #2.) that this could go on for a very long time or, for as long as you allow it . #3.) that perhaps even you, yourself need to come up to date by realizing that in todays world... it's ok for a woman to be "aggressive" and go after what she wants or desires. Or... possibly risk passing up the opportunity of you two ever really getting to know each other altogether if no-one dares to initiate the first-move & break-the-ice.
Has it ever occured to you that maybe he doesn't even know how to talk to women ? Some of us guys are in-fact like that ,believe it or not . Sometimes us guys can use a little help from the "object of our affection"... when it comes to opening-up a channel of communication between the two. Go ahead, be that daring woman to do the un-expected; make your presence fully felt & totally acknowledged by him . Smile. Who knows, he might even be the type guy that is totally turned-on by an aggressive woman ,and you'll leave him totally impressed.
Besides, it certainly beats doing nothing and therefore getting "nothing" or no-wheres as a deffinite result!

all this means is the guy is really , really shy.. and it is going to take a while. go up and talk to him make it easy on him..
blushing is cute.. He is probably sitting there trying to figure out the best way to approach you. so if you like him and want to start something. go up and talk to him. just do a normal conversation with him like you do with all of your other friends. so he don't feel really uncomfortable.
not all guys are forward.

This guy may be blushing for a lot of other reasons other than liking you.
One time my uncle Mr Belvedere Snode had malaria, and during the fevers his little face went red a lot. Another time my dog Elvis ate a sanitary napkin and was flushing a lot.
Unless you want a contagious tropical disease or fancy kissing a man whose breath smells of stale sanitary napkin, avoid this guy.

You two dig each other, stop playing the stupid high-school games and go out. If a guy blushes he probably likes you, so ask him out. It's not difficult, and I don't know why there need to be games.

And he is content with the fact that you like him back.
Play it cool and don't rush into a relationship if that is the case.
Build up your friendship, spend time with each other, etc.
After this level of trust and foundation is strong then decide to move past this point, if it is to both of your guys' liking.

that he likes you back and is too shy to say anything. Maybe he wants to make sure that you like him too and that your friend wasn't just lying. So he looks away when you look at him because he doesn't want to look like a fool if you don't really like him!
