The communion chairs in front of the Baptist church when holding communion are for the deacons to assist the pastor in the duty . And being a baptist and an elder, and also helping with Communion. We use chairs in front with the pastor in our church. Some times we sit while he is reading a text. And the chairs do come in handy then. but each church does this process in their own fashion.

The Baptist churches I attended had no Communion chairs. I have seen something similar in a Christian Church. There is nothing against Communion chairs in Baptist doctrine. I just haven't seen them. 20 years ago, there were 18 different groups referring to themselves as Baptists. I do not know what the number is today. I cannot say what each of the 18 doctrines are. I advise you to talk with that church. Otherwise, I would not worry about something that unimportant. It is a matter of curiosity and will lead to nothing of importance.

I'm Baptist, and I've never seen a communion chair. I've never even heard of one. I've been to several Baptist churches, so I'm not basing this on one church.

Baptist churches don't have communion chairs.

i assume church members but try the baptist website and see if they have laws about those things
