In your browser, you can adjust the text size that it displays. Check the menus.
In HTML code, you can add a "size" attribute to the font tag to boost or lessen the size (ignore the
tags):
This will be bigger.
I think you can go up to +7 and as low as -7 in the font tag.
You can also use Cascading Style Sheets ("CSS") to adjust text sizes, using points or pixels as your base measurement. Using CSS, pretty much the sky's the limit for sizing. Of course, you don't want to get too wild!

The easiest way to change letter size is to hold the "Ctrl" key down and rotate the mouse wheel.

hold down your control key and move the scroll button on your mouse. My 80 year old mother figured that one out and she never worked outside the home, or took any classes on computers. She got her first one five years ago.
