Managers often want to bang their subordinates. They know as a higher up they have their pick of the litter. If you bang him once, I promise the flirting will end. He'll move on to another girl after that.

Sometimes the direct approach is best, just ask. But if that seems too bold for your liking, look for the following signs. Pay attention to your conversations with the person in question.
1) Does this person show a special interest in having a conversation with you and, once started, make an effort to keep that conversation going?
2) Has this person taken a sudden interest in your life and hobbies? This is a sure sign that he or she is interested in something.
3) Other elements of body language include frequent eye contact, holding your gaze and looking down before looking away.
4) Does the person you're wondering about just plain smile at you a lot?
Just remember, take each moment like it will be the last. This I feel will be a good start for you in knowing. Good Luck!!!!!!!

Hye hmm from what i can see... it can be he likes you... or he playing with you sis... remember to always be careful...and especially when you are around him... i dont want you ending up getting hurt sis... my advise to be pay extra attention to this guy... sure he may look fine and all...but you wouldnt know what his real motive girl... one time he will say he likes you... next time he just want to have sex with you girl and after that ditch you... I'm not trying to make you feel sad abt this but at the same time i dont want you to put high hopes on this guy... You said that he sometimes flick you hard... If he is gentleman enough and have a respect for girls... he wouldnt even do that in the first place sis... Im not saying that he doesnt like you or anything...all i want is for you to take extra precuassion on this situation and takecare of yourself... You know nowdays men cant be trusted... first you thought they are an angel next minute they became a devil! Whatever you do, dont trust this guy so much and takecare of yourself... and try to be firm and dont let him touch you... and see what he does, it doesnt matter if he is your boss... as long as your a safe is great girl... you dont want end up being a victim of his pleasure dont you?? Juts be firm ok and dont let him touch you, if he still continues to be nice with you after that...then its obvious that he likes you and respect you...but if does the opposite, then you know what kind of a man he is right?? Just takecare of yourself alright...

ok, being a guy who is coming from his place right now with a chick at my job, im doin the same stuff too. little touchy feely, and i get jealous when she is talkin to other people. i do this because apart of me wants her. just like him a part of him wants you, either for sex, relationship, or both. asking for a number seems more on the hooking up side though. If you understand the consequences of going out with your manager, then give it try. i would make a list of the positives and negatives before giving him a chance.
just my two cents

dude that's sexual harrasment, even if you do think he's fine. He seems to be controlling and posessive, and really isn't worth it. Report him. Even if he is the hottest guy in the world, if you two ended up going out he would probably end up beating the **** out of you on a regular basis. LEAVE IT ALONE!!!!!

i would have to say yes but he is going about letting you know the wrong way so you take the initiative and ask him if he likes you and wants to go out (if he doesn't have a girlfriend) because obviously you like him too don't play games

He's just itching for a sexual harassment lawsuit, acting like that. He's lucky you say you don't mind, or you could file charges..... I think in most workplaces, bosses don't touch their employees.
