Viruses that cause viral diseases are very adept to mutating in order to survive. While there are some anti-viral drugs on the market, they are no match for the kaleidoscope of viruses that exist in the world.

Science has not discovered or designed very many antibiotics that are that effective at fighting a virus, whereas for most bacteria there are good effective antibiotics.

because the viruses are already resistant to the anti-biotic we took over all them years...

because they normally are shortlived and just have to run their course
