What like kissing? You could give her a kiss on the first date! At the end of the date as you're saying,"good night"?
You can hold hands anytime. You can put your arm around her during a movie...
As far as sex goes, you could go by the movie,"40 year old Virgin" and wait for your 15th date with her...lol good luck!! =)

Just let go and let it happen. There is no set in stone time, day or date. You or they will just feel it is right. That could be in the first 5 minutes or the next 5 dates. Go with your heart.
