Leviticus 20:13
13 " 'If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads.
Romans 1:26-27
26 Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones.
27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion.
I mean, I may not believe in the Bible but even I can see it's pretty much anti-homosexual, OT and NT.

Many have answered this before me. I hope to do so pursuant to how you wish the answer to be formatted in all it's parts:
Leviticus 18:22 NSV
22'(A)You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination.
Context: Of Leviticus 18 regards the Laws on Immoral Relations
which the Lord gave to Moses the first verse establishes who is speaking and who is being spoken to. It states:
{1Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,}
then God gives a lot of different laws including laws against
incest (LEV 18:8-18)
Don't marry your ex-wife's sisters (Lev 18:18)
Menstrual period(Lev 18:19)
Neighbors wife (Lev 18:22)
SUBJECT MATTER (Lev 18:22)
then the consequences of violating said laws are given in Lev 18:23-29
Lev18:29 NSV states:
{For whoever does any of these abominations, those persons who do so shall be cut off from among their people.}
Cross references:
Leviticus 18:22 : Lev 20:13; Deut 23:18 mg; Rom 1:27

Homosexual relation are not only a sin again God but all a sin again nature. Romans 1: 24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: Romans 1: 25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. Romans 1: 26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: Romans 1: 27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. Romans 1: 28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

In the previous answers it was shown that the Bible condemns homosexual acts. However, it doesn't condemn homosexual love... in fact, Jesus advocates loving everybody. As far as the relationships remain platonic, they should be tolerated by religious people that follow the Bible, especially Christians, those who follow Jesus.
Of course, it's common for bigots to imagine well beyond appearance what a homosexual couple would do in private.

Leviticus 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.....
Here in Leviticus it is plainly said ...and God does NOT CHANGE...therefore in the New testament...It still remains the same ...SO here is New testament verses and actually passage..
Romans 1:18-27..and actually finish the chapter..It is not condoned, allowed, compromised......what more do you need to see...unless you are looking to be justified in this...then no matter what truth you see righthere right now it wont matter...if you desire real truth ..trust the Lord..God bless

Along with all the other correct scriptures given, In Genesis, chapter 1, where it speaks of In the beginning, GOD created the Heaven & the earth, it goes on about the birds, and whales, etc.....
And then in verse 27, So God, created man, in His own image, in the image of God, created He, him, male & female created He, them.
Verse 28a..And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful & multiply, and replenish the earth, & subdue it.
There is no valid arguement, because its obvious 2 men, or 2 women can not conceive children... Gods plan for the human race is very clear.. One man & one woman together, having children.....

There are several. One in particular is Leviticus 20:13. It says "if a man also lie with mankind, as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death, their blood shall be upon them." In hewbrew, the word "abomination" is towebah, meaning something disgusting, an abhorrence.
Romans 1:29-32, list several in :31 it speaks of "unnatural affections" homosexuality is included in that.
I've seen others, but I don't know them off the top of my head. I'd have to search the scriptures.

Genesis 9:20
"Now, Noah was the first farmer to plant a vineyard. Having drunk some of the winne, he became intoxicated, and lay uncovered(naked) tent. When Ham, the father of Canaan, saw his father lying naked, he told his two brothers outside; whereupon Shem and Japeth took a robe, which they put on their shoulders, and walking backward, they covered up their father's nakedness, their faces being turned away so that they could not see their father's nakedness. When Noah awoke from his wine, and learned what his youngest son had done to him, he said,
'Cursed be Canaan! The meanest of the slaves shall he be to his brothers'."
Romans 1:24
"So God abandoned them, with their heart's cravings to impurity and let them degrade their own bodies. For they had excchanged the truth of God for what was false, and worshiped and served what he had created, instead of the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen! That is why God has abandoned them to degrading passions. Their women have exchanged their natural function for one that is unnatural, and men too in the same way have disregarded the natural function of women and been consumed with passion for one andother, men for men, acting indecently, and experiencing in their own persons the inevitable penalty of what they have done."
Now, this may not be proof to you because you are an unbelieving atheist, but for millions of us righteous people, it could not be layed out any clearer. Your excuses stop here!

When God created Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve and it tells us that it is wrong to be sexually immoral in first or 2nd Corinthians.
Found it!!!!!!! 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 :)
Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

Sodom and Gomorrah. Book of Genesis. But if you keep the relations as in social and not sexual, there is no sin.
"5 And they called Lot, and said to him: Where are the men that came in to thee at night? bring them out hither that we may know them:
6 Lot went out to them, and shut the door after him, and said: 7 Do not so, I beseech you, my brethren, do not commit this evil. 8 I have two daughters who as yet have not known man: I will bring them out to you, and abuse you them as it shall please you, so that you do no evil to these men, because they are come in under the shadow of my roof. 9 But they said: Get thee back thither. And again: Thou camest in, said they, as a, stranger, was it to be a judge? therefore we will afflict thee more than them. And they pressed very violently upon Lot: and they were even at the point of breaking open the doors. 10 And behold the men put out their hand, and drew in Lot unto them, and shut the door:
11 And them that were without, they struck with blindness from the least to the greatest, so that they could not find the door. "
"And the Lord rained upon Sodom and Gomorrha brimstone and fire from the Lord out of heaven. 25 And he destroyed these cities, and all the country about, all the inhabitants of the cities, and all things that spring from the earth."
